Processing & shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking by email once your order ships. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Any duties or taxes for applicable destinations are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
Your wellbeing and hygiene come first. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email glowenvymiami@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or issue a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll do our best to help you resolve it with the carrier.
